You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.The item must be in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging. Certain items such as personalised items, earrings and gift cards are non-returnable items.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Estimated delivery times for standard shipping are 2–5 business days; however, please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary. If you require faster delivery, please get in touch and we will do our best to assist.

Yes, our jewellery is generally considered hypoallergenic.It is safe for sensitive skin and a reliable choice. It has plating protection which adds as a protective hypoallergenic barrier against skin reactions.
