You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as personalised items, earrings, and gift cards, are non-returnable. Additionally, ensure you take proper jewellery care to maintain the quality of your items.

To return your item, please email us atsales@milliepink.co.ukwith your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. After you send your order back to us, we will process a refund once we receive it. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. For standard shipping, estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days; however, please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary. If you require faster delivery, please get in touch and we will do our best to assist you. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Be sure to include your order number and any relevant photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Our gold jewellery is crafted from gold-plated 925 sterling silver, making it ideal for everyday wear due to its strength and durability. While it is waterproof, we recommend following proper jewellery care by avoiding prolonged or continuous exposure to water to help maintain its finish. With the right care, our jewellery should not tarnish and will remain beautiful for years to come.
