These terms and conditions apply to www.milliepink.com and you, by using and continuing to use this website agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We will rely on these terms and conditions and therefore ask that you read and understand them before using this website and before placing an order with us. 

When you place an order with Millie Pink, we will keep a record of your name and delivery address and your email address as a record of your order we will use your email address if you have agreed to receive marketing from us. Credit card details are not stored by our system.

When you register as an online customer, you agree that:

• Any information which you provide shall be true and accurate in all respects.
• You will notify us immediately of any changes to this information
• By consenting to us keeping your email address, you consent to Millie Pink using your information to provide you with updates and information about new products, services and offers from Millie Pink and also about forthcoming events that Millie Pink are involved with.

Product Description

Millie Pink hair ties are hand-tied and handmade in the U.K using imported material. Each hair tie is unique so there may be slight variations in colour.  Although we try to photograph all of our products accurately, colour reproduction is not absolutely accurate and will also vary from one web browser to another and one computer to another and as a result, we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour as presented on screen, and goods cannot be deemed faulty because of inaccurate representation of colour on screen. Each hair tie is heat sealed to prevent fraying. Millie Pink hair ties should not be worn in the water.


Orders
Orders placed with us will not be accepted and no contract for the sale and purchase of goods will be formed between us until you have been instructed that said goods are available and the price, including applicable charges have been paid in full.  Once funds have been cleared we will confirm our acceptance of your order by email.

Prices
The prices of goods displayed on www.milliepink.com are liable to change at any time, however prices will not affect orders that we have confirmed.  Prices do not include the postage and packing charges set out below, which will be charged in additional to the cost of the goods.

Delivery
Each Millie Pink hair tie is handmade in Berkshire, UK and normal deliveries will take 5 to 10 working days.
If any items are out of stock, we will advise you as soon as possible. If you need something urgently, please contact sales@milliepink.co.uk.

Your parcel will be sent First Class using Royal Mail and will not require a signature. We send all orders in a shiny pink envelope, if you would like us to enclose a gift card, please add to the comments when ordering.

Postage and packing charges are as follows;

Online ordering is currently only available in the U.K. For any international orders please contact sales@milliepink.co.uk.

How to return or exchange a product
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please notify us as soon as possible at sales@milliepink.co.uk. and give a reason for your exchange or return.

Package the unopened, unworn and unused item(s) up and send it back to the address that we give you. We recommend using a trackable delivery service with proof of postage. You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the item and postage & packing charges will apply for all exchanges.

Once your item is received and approved, we will process the refund directly to your payment card, in no more than 30 days.

All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in the same condition you received it.  This time limit does not apply to faulty products.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items save in the case of faulty products.  Save for faulty products, because Millie Pink’s products are hair ties we have determined that for hygiene reasons in order to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unopened, unworn and unused, in the original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. If you would like a refund, we will credit the original credit/debit card for the amount paid for the goods.

Lost Parcels
If goods you have ordered from us do not arrive and you have received our despatch email please let us know so we can track the lost parcel and arrange a replacement.  We take no responsibility for parcels lost in the returns process.  We will not issue a return or exchange in respoct of goods that are not returned to us, save for those that were faulty on delivery.

While Millie Pink takes reasonable steps to ensure a reliable service, we do not guarantee that your use of this website will be uninterrupted and error free. We will not be held responsible for your use of other websites accessed via links from our website. Such links are not controlled by us nor do we endorse them. The website may only be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding Millie Pink and any transactions on or through it. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

We will attempt to ensure that the information available on the website at any time is accurate. However, we will not be held liable for any errors or omissions. We will use all reasonable endeavours to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after becoming aware or being notified of these

All drawings, photographs, descriptive matter and specifications of the hair ties on the website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the hair ties.

We may also change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website, including the availability of any features, information, database or content or restrict access to parts/or the entire website without notice or liability.

Intellectual property right and right to use
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks, designs and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors.

You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.

Privacy Policy
Millie Pink recognises that privacy and data security important to you. We are committed to safeguarding your personal data and will not sell, rent or trade your contact details with any third party.

Any information that you provide will be stored confidentially, however you acknowledge and agree that neither the Internet nor communication via email is secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of any information you send to us or that we send to you via the Internet or by email.  We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the disclosure of your personal data or communications with you and you shall have no remedy against us in respect of any such loss or damage.  Our entire liability to you in respect of the use of our website and under these terms and conditions shall be limited to a sum equivalent to the value of the order that you place with us or £100 whichever is the greater.  Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit our liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence.

Please ensure that the e-mail address you give to us is correct. All order confirmations will be sent to this address and it is your responsibility that your mailbox is in proper working order. You assume the consequences for transmission or operational failures in using this website, and you agree to indemnify us and to keep us indemnified on demand against all claims, liability, damages, losses and costs arising from any breach of these conditions by you or by any person accessing the website using your membership information.
